330ml bottle. Pokal glass. Enjoyed @ L´Espumossa (Barcelona). Pours reddish amber, dark ruby to the light, with foggy appearance. Yellowish foam creates a very close & sticky layer. Crown is lasting & leaves some rings on sides.Complex aroma profile shows sugary & acidic aromas, herbal notes, hints of aged wood, Brett touches, slight bread, liquor, spices & moderate toasted on the back. Dried mild toasted malty upfront. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Texture is dense. Low bitterness, sugary & fresh bread sensations, orange & grape zest astringency linger into a bitter/sour finish. Fruity aftertaste & woody hues. ABV well masked. Refreshing & flavorful !!
