Look: orangeish amber with a thin off white head, slightly cloudy
Smell: inoffensive but not much there, a bit of candied sugar and yeast with some maltiness
Taste: quite malty with undertones of candi sugar and very slight yeast notes
Feel: a bit sticky but fairly smooth
Overall: a pretty inoffensive dubbel, well balanced, 7.25% abv according to the can

Brownish orange color with very little head. Sweet smelling with a hint of Belgian yeast esters. Sweet and fruity, almost like grape or apple. Little to no yeasty flavors noted. I haven't had many dubbels, but I still don't think this is a very good representation of the style to due to lack of the Belgian yeast character. It's there, it's just very faint.

On tap. Poured out a semi-opaque, dark red/brown color with a small, tan head. It smelled of bread, caramel, toffee and spices. Sweet and malty with dark dried fruits and a nice spicy bite.
