L: Dark brown with reddish hues where light gets through. Fizzy brown head that is not long lived.
S: Smells like an english brown ale. Don't get any tartness/sourness.
T& F: Starts with musty flavor of the english brown ale that is the base for this beer, but then has a weird sourness to it that just doesn't mesh really well with the brown ale flavors. Leaves an unpleasant sour/ musty after taste. Pretty high carbonation.
O: I really like shaven yak that is the base for this beer. The addition of sour to it was definitely not an improvement. I'll stick with the original version.
