Hazy pale yellow color with a thin white head.
Light aroma of yeast and wheat.
Light body with low carbonation and small bubbles.
Flavor is slightly acid and sour with citric notes, lemon like.
Aftertaste is dry and a bit acid.
Less complex than German Weiss but still quite refreshing.

On-tap at the source itself, on to the beer:
Grassy blonde color with an excellent retaining head and great show of lace. It brings pleasant aroma, one of lemons, banana, and there's touch of spice. While not intense, it is nice.
The flavor is light, but it is pleasant and desirable. The meld of subtle banana bread, medium parts banana and lemon make this tasty, though I will admit I was more impressed when this beer first touched my lips then what the final taste score says. The beer is light and gentle in the mouth, and is a pleasure to drink.
Domina Weiss is a good introduction to the list of Cervejaria Nacional's beers. You can't do much wrong ordering one of these.

The beers at Cervejaria Nacional are all named after Brazilian Folk Tales. The Domina Weiss is a decent Heff beer that was very good. The appearance was cloudy yellow with big white head that laced well. The smell was nicely accented with spice and citrus. The taste was balance perfectly with banana, clove, and lemon citrus flavor, none which dominated over the others. The mouthfeel was very good and was very easy drinking.

CN was a great place, great food, and great beer! Hopefully will start a trend for more micros to be established in Brazil.
