Hazy pale yellow color with a thin white head.
Sour aroma with lemon notes.
Flavor is acid and sweet, hints of lemon peel and chamomile. Aftertaste is acid and slightly dry with a residual lemon note. Refreshing feeling with a pleasant sourness, in comparison to Belgian witbier is less spicy and condimented. Superior to a Hoegaarden, this recipe went well, among the ones I tasted from Cervejaria Nacional seemed to me to be the nicest one.
