This was the first Imperial IPA from Cervejaria Nacional and it was made with the help of Confraria do Marquês, a brewery from Rio.
It has a hazy amber color.
Light tropical fruits aroma, faint for an Imperial IPA.
Flavor is bitter and sweet, with predominance of floral hops. Alcohol is well hidden, specially considering its almost 10% ABV. Aftertaste has a long lasting bitterness, expected once this was produced to be a little under 100 IBUs.
Full body with a light carbonation and small bubbles.
Its character is in its taste, quite sweet and bitter.
