We took whole, fresh apricots grown near Orondo, Washington, then doused them with our abbey style tripel, resting the mix for a year in gigantic oak barrels. You'll discover epic aroma and flavor; tart ripe apricot, oak, woody spice, and a medium-dry finish complete the tale.

375ml bottle. No dating information found.
Murky, deep amber colored body. Brief appearance of off white colored bubbles. Minor surface storm and bubbles to the ring. No lacing.
Aroma of apricots, oak, and yeast esters.
Taste is fruity esters, with a clear flavor of apricot. Vinous addition. A little sweet and some stone fruit tartness. Oak barrel. Aftertaste is short lived.
Medium mouthfeel. Dry finish. Quiet carbonation.
The oak barrel aging and the apricot addition are more prominent than the tripel aspects.
