Poured a mildly cloudy medium straw hue with a three finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a solid smoky aroma with a decent banana and yeast element.
The taste consisted of a clean smoky charcoal flavor with a decent wheat and yeast body. Hint of lemon came through as well. Could have used more of a yeast element.
The mouthfeel was thin and crisp. It lacked the appropriate chewiness.
Overall a great idea and a pretty decent beer. Very easy to drink. Had this beer been fuller, it had the the potential to be a remarkble beer.
