Poured a dark amber hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and good lacing.
The smell featured musty yeast and sour cherry aromas.
The taste consisted of a sour cherry and lemon with a mildly chewy yeast. There was no smoke flavor to speak of.
The mouthfeel was thin and astringent.
Overall a drinkable beer, but not nearly as good as it could be. Overly sour in my opinion.
