Abv 6.9
A - Deep tangerine cloudy body, puffy fluffy cloud head. Loose but thick lacing

S - pronounced banana clove and magnolia. Nothing in the way of alcohol burn. Pleasant and on the mark.

T - also no complaints. All tge right parts in all the right places. Nice maltt fruity.

M - malty creaminess goes down well. No alcohol burn

D - a winner. Obviously intended to compete with Hoengarder and it's ilk. And it performs well. Nothing amazing but all the right flavors.
This business excels at producing solid traditional, good German beer. No double triple imperial blah.

From a fresh filled growler, served in a weizen glass.

L - murky orange/rust color with a white head that thinned to a ring after a few minutes leaving a few spots of lacing.
S - wheat, yeast, banana and bubblegum. everything you'd expect from a good hefeweizen.
T - very good tasting brew, banana and bubblegum upfront with other spices and yeasty goodness finishing things out.
F - medium bodied with a smooth feel.
D - easy to drink a few, watch out for the abv.

Poured a murky bright medium straw hue with a one finger frothy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured a balmy yeast ester and a full wheat spice. A touch of smoke detected as well.

The taste consisted of a full malt and full esters. Essentially a bulked up hefe.

The mouthfeel was obviously full for style.

Overall a very flavorful full bodied hefe.
