On draft at the brewery.
Poured a hazy but bright straw hue with a two finger foamy white head. There was very good retention and lacing.
The smell featured soft biscuity pilsner malts and an herbal hop.
The taste was soft and round malt and a subtle hop spice. A touch more spice would have been nice.
The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.
Overall a pretty good rendition.

A – Pale, opaque golden banana yellow. White head with nice retention and sub par lace.
S – Soft bready malt soaked with sweet honey and a bright lemon zest.
T – Lemon zest, herbal hops, wheat crackers and a bready backdrop. The center is richly malty. Has a lingering, soft, sweet, and lightly bitter finish.
M – Full body for the style. Prickly carbonation. Tangy hop character.
O – The beer lacks the clarity common to the style, but it’s still a delicious brew.
