Appearance: Clear orange. Off white head.
Smell: Caramel and smokiness.
Taste: Initial caramel and malt sweetness, followed by very strong smoky flavor. Hops come in next, with a bitter and nutty aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Very clean with good carbonation.
Drinkability: Easy drinking. These did not last long in my glass.
Comments: Yeeowwww! So this is what a smoked beer is supposed to taste like. Fantastic! I also love the way the caramel mixes with the smoky flavor. Another great offering from Black Forest.

"Steam" beer warmer ferment and rauch malt? I had to try this one.
Very different in a good way.
Color is beautiful light copper with amber hues and light tan lacy head.
Aroma light roasted caramel light smokey smell.
Flavor...Carmel malt, light roasty/smokey flavor that finishes smooth and dry.
Mouthfeel is a little thin, but I could drink tons of it.
I am definately grabbing a few growlers before this goes away.
