App: Light yellow with a golden/copper hue. Thin head retention with no lacing to speak of.
Smell: Strong hay/grass aroma coupled with not unpleasant notes of putrefaction like rotting leaves.
Taste: Champagne like tartness followed by a sour, organic twinge. Grassy. Crisp overall with a slight lingering sourness.
Mouth: Light on the tongue, pleasant and effervescent. Fairly heavy carb that adds to this beer’s refreshing quality.
