Poured on-tap and served in a snifter, the beer is a crystal clear, amber-caramel coloring, with a tan, fluffy, off-white head. Nose of caramel, nut, and chocolate, with a sugary sweet undertone, and roasted highlights. Flavors are smooth roasted caramel, banana, chocolate, crème, and toffee. Very sweet and balanced. Smooth and full bodied, with a roasted toffee sweet aftertaste. Smooth, clean finish. Great beer.
