The Double Trouble Pilsener poured a straw color with a thin, fizzy, white head that was quickly gone. The aroma was of grassy hops. This was one of the better tasting pilsneners I've had. It was a little sweet initially, with a grassy hops finish and aftertaste with some slight hints of alcohol as well. Overall, it was light and refreshing...one of the few pilseners I've had that I've liked.

Limited Edition from the pilot system at the brewery.
Sampled on-tap at the brewery.
Poured a golden yellow with perfect clarity and a moderate white head. Head disappeared after a few sips and left a very small lacing along the edges of the glass.
Aromas of sharp malts and spicy hops dominate the aroma. Very inviting.
Nice flavor especially for the style. Actually somewhat warming slightly spicy with a nice bitter finish. Enjoyable for sure. Some pine, some very modest hops flavors, lemon and a pretty thick mouthfeel.
Enjoyed this one.
