On tap at Draught House, Austin. Pours a sparkling amber with a thin white head that dissolves into a sticky collar, leaving soapy wet lacing. The nose is light and crisp with pine, honey, tangerine, cherry, and floral notes. The flavor up front is bitter and citrusy, but fades into cherry, grapefruit and hops on a slick finish. Medium mouthfeel. The cherry elements are subtle and not overdone, nor is the fruity flavor suggested by the lively nose. Pretty tasty and not overbearing even with the ABV.
