It pours from the Growler a 24 k gold with a 1 " head of foam after settling down. Plenty of lacing left on the glass after every sip.
The nose is very hoppy. Floral hops bring a bit of spice and more so, grapefruit accompanied by some bready malt.
The taste is hoppy though not as much grapefruit as I noted in the smell. It's still there with a light touch of grass but more of a general citrus thing going on. Pretty solid backing from the malt. .takes on a bready character.
Good mouthfeel. Good APA. Thanks Odell!
