Draft at BitterCreek, and the finisher. Ended on the right note. Silky beige head coats the glass. Normal RIS aromas, taste is spot on, smoothed by the barrel aging. Gentle warmth belies the 11.1% ABV. Roasty, chocolaty, woody.
