I toured the Odell Brewery with brewmaster/owner Doug Odell personally doing the honors. If you get to Fort Collins, it is worth your time. A beautifully set up, organized and well-run first class operation! Bins full of imported English malts, a huge variety of hops and all the bells and whistles. They have just added this new beer that compares very well with Pilsner Urquell. Appearance is a translucent, very pale yellow with nice foam and some lace. Aroma is bright and light. Body is rightly thin for the style, and carbonation just right. Initial taste has gently floral hops and a hint of malt. Middle is dry and refreshing. Finish is clean and crisp. Another winner from Odell.
