Grunt fill from Albertsons. Bright, clear golden body, medium fluffy white head. Aroma is light citrus, tangerines, a touch of hops. Taste is clean, elements noted in aroma continue forward, neither dominating. Tang from citrus finished and lingers. Pretty mild, but damn tasty. Think this is an APA however....

L: clear gold under a 2" white foam cap that reduces to a thick lacy film over five minutes. Streams of bubbles rise from the glass moderately fast.
S: I can smell the hops from 3 feet away as tropical fruit, citrus, grapefruit and fresh cut grass rise from the glass. The hop aromas are above average while the malt and yeast aromas are low.
T: The flavors start a little grassy with tropical fruit, citrus, and grapefruit with moderately low support from the malt. A medium high bitterness kicks in mid-palate and pleasantly lingers. The hop flavors are assertive but there is nothing harsh or astringent.
F: smooth with a medium to medium light body and medium high carbonation.
O: drinkable, flavorful beer

Overall a run of the mill is in most regards. The beer is balanced bucket in regards to go bitterness. It looks great with good color, head retention etc. What it lacks is anything to make it stand out from the hundreds of other American IPA s I could be drinking.

This beer pours a golden yellow with an average head. The aroma is tropical, with passionfruit, pineapple, mandarin orange, tangerine and grapefruit. The flavor features pineapple, passionfruit, tangerine, lime zest, solid and pleasant citrus, pink grapefruit juice, and a nicely bitter finish. The mouthfeel is light, fizzy, and bright. Overall this is a tropical IPA that cannot help but transport one to a island of paradise - its also just a cracking good beer.

Aroma is pine and very distinct hops. The flavor is citrus, pine needles, unique hops, fruit, malts and a bitter/slightly tart finish. Never had a beer with Comet hops in it, not sure why it hasn't hardly been used in ages, must be because in the past it didn't work well with the beers made then.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, grapefruit and toasted caramel. Sharp, citrusy bitterness with sweet caramel.
