L: Pours a brilliant bright straw yellow with a very fluffy creamy head that dissipates fairly quickly and leaves some nice fingers of lacing on the glass.

S: Strong note of grapefruit and grapefruit skin, mixed with some honeydew and cantelope and some nice piney bitterness.

T: Strong grapefruit and grapefruit skin, mixed with a light honeydew and other melon, and a medium piney bitterness. Also, some sweet tropical fruit, though not overly sweet.

F: Creamy smooth feel but carbonation might be a touch to low.

O: This is a very nice simple IPA, that could use a slight bit more carbonation.

This beer pours a clear gold with an average head. The aroma is bright and fruity, with tangerine peel, clementine juice, pine, pineapple, mango, guava, and passionfruit. The flavor if gentle,. starting with passionfruit, gauva, clemetine, pink grapefruit, and just a hint of cracker malts with low bitterness. Overall this is a tasty beer, with big tropical flavors, though maybe a touch light for my taste.

12 oz bottle, best by 2/27/18. Pours clear straw gold with a big fluffy white head that retains well and leaves little lacing.

The aroma is sweet piney fruity hops with some malt in the background.

The flavor is sweet perfumey malts with a fruity piney hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with medium carbonation.

Overall, nice hops but odd malts.

On draught at Frontier Brewing Company and Taproom.

Pours a clear light gold with a finger of foam, good lacing.

Smells of grapefruit, pine, has a dry hopped aroma.

Very pine forward, grapefruit not far behind, some tropical fruit, cracker malt. Really showcases the Citra.

Medium body with with the right amount of carbonation.

I fancy the damn thing!

Simple, clean, and to the point. That's a good single-hop beer, and this is exactly that. I've had a few of this style here and there, and this one was one of the best. Probably won't ever be part of their regular series, but a nice inclusion in the Montage variety pack.

Poured from a 12oz bottle with a best by date of 1/12/18; into a pub glass.
Appearance- golden hurricane of swirling bubbles and an enormous plume of foamy white head. Lacing is sticky, but scattered!
Smell - grapefruit, orange, and juicy honey dew melon!
Taste - citrus, melon, juicy fruit gum and a hint of tropical fruit!
Feel - balanced bitter and sweet and a juicy finish!
Overall - typical outstanding Odell IPA that is solid in every category!

From the latest mixed pack. Light orange-yellow color, good head, very clear. Aroma is slight citrus. Flavor is hoppy, grapefruit, not much malt though. Some alcohol despite the 6.5% ABV. Fine enough for one serving but not enough for a repeat purchase.
