On draught at Yellowstone Garage.
Pours a kinda murky reddish brown, small short lived head of foam. Decent lacing.
Nice. Scottish Ale meets Saison. Bananas, coriander, caramel malt, hint
of smoke, cloves.
Taste matches the smell. Brilliant, really. Experimental gone good. Bit of charred malt is all I can add to my smell description.
Medium body with light carbonation.
A classic meeting between 2 styles and it works.
