Pale and Vienna malts along with 9 different US hop varieties
We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700′s, and made it bolder and more flavorful—American Style. We added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character.

Gold in color with excellent clarity and a three quarter inch densely packed off white head. The aroma is of citrus and pine. I’m tasting a blend of pine, grapefruit, and light, crackery malt. The mouth is lightly sticky and crisp.

(review from May 2018) Very bitey, tasty & well balanced ipa w/great piney flavor & floral finish & not 2 bitter@60ibus! Great "stage 2" brew for those about-to-become hopheads!

Look: cloudy gold with an orange hue, fluffy head, good lacing
Smell: citrusy, pine, resin, mango, caramel
Taste: sweet malt, bready, pine, grapefruit, peach, mango, orange
Feel: med body, moderate carbo, soft, chewy
Overall: 7% abv 60 IBU. Low bitterness, too much sweet malt taste for me to be a regular go-to. I remember it tasting better years ago. Still a good brew though that I would have no problem tilting back again. Pairs well with Ain’t Talkin’ Bout Love by Van Halen. Cheers!

Light pale pour with a thin head and heavy carbonation. Light notes of papaya, pineapple, grapefruit and pear on the nose with flavors that follow suit + some light cracker malt. Overall really well balanced, but almost somewhat subdued in overall flavor. Very drinkable and absolutely something I'd reach for again, but doesn't stand out in terms of flavor.
