Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a hazy pinkish-orange color with a small fizzy white head of foam. The head fades very fast leaving a trace of fizzy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is quite tart with some other lighter smells of guava and passionfruit. Along with these smells are some light aromas of grass and a bit of berry.
Taste – The taste begins with a more mild sour taste with flavors of apple cider vinegar and some light fruit tastes of apple, apricot, and guava as well as a bit of blueberry. As the taste advances the light sweet upfront fades even more and is accompanied by a bit of an increase in the sour with more lemon and vinegar coming to the tongue. A little bit of a sea salt taste as well as a little hay and light fruit comes to the tongue near the end of the taste, to leave a lightly tart, and drier fruity taste to linger in the mouth.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is rather thin and light with a carbonation level that is on the slightly higher side. For the lighter sour and fruity taste the feel is spot on and is very easy to drink.
Overall – While not super flavorful, it is a very easy to drink sour. This would be a good sour session.

On draught at Old Chicago.
Pours a hazy orange red with a tiny head of foam.
Smells fruity, guava and blueberries are there adding a mild tartness.
Blueberries seem to be stronger in flavour than the guava. Bit salty, very light tartness.
Smooth and light bodied.
I like it.
