12 oz bottle, best by 2/15/20. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a medium creamy white head that retains fairly well and laces the glass some.
The aroma is sweet malt with fruity floral hops.
The flavor is sweet honey biscuit malts with lightly bitter fruity, resiny, green hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with slightly sharp carbonation.
Overall, a decent IPA.

not sure if i should list this beer here at the denver location or on the larger odell page for their main facility. i think here, because this is one of the ones they make at this spot, and only at this spot, which i think is really cool, gives us a reason to go check in on them from time to time, try some new and small batch odell beers. this one was the standout for me, a clearish bright ipa featuring cashmere hops, which i suspect will be the next big thing when there are enough of them to go around. its such a unique hop, and in a very simple base beer like this, it really does shine. odd fruitiness like papaya or something tropical but less familiar, pineapple too, oily and slick in feel, with an herbal element too, like lime leaf and green tea and maybe lemon balm, its really interesting, and its really bright here in both aroma and flavor. i wish the beer was just a little lighter, there is some body here that slows me down a little bit, but thats nit picking in a great product overall. a really clean fermentation, nice finishing touches on dryness and carbonation, and something good enough that i would go back for more of it!
