Pale gold and very hazy. There’s a fingernail of brilliant white on top. The aroma is of banana and citrus. I’m tasting orange and pale wheat. The mouth is sharp, crisp, and refreshing.

a neat wit with grapefruit in it, summery and light, well made as a base beer, and exactly what i felt like drinking on the first day that has actually felt like spring in boise. wonderful to have some new stuff from odell come through lately! this it pale soft yellow and very fizzy from the keg, fresh to me even though the keg was near the bottom, wheaty and bright, with the grapefruit obvious and real in the aroma and the flavor but not forced or too strong at all, which makes this more refreshing and drinkable than a lot of other grapefruit beers out there, i was really happy with the proportions. a light rawness to the grain which i like, but still so well refined, toasted coriander depth adds a nice layer, and i get some citrus esters from the yeast, tangerine and lemon along with the added grapefruit. there is some zesty pithy bitterness on the back end to make it crisp on the finish, and with the effervescence and the rushing micro bubbles, this is majorly summery, alive, and quenching. odell always does a nice job, and this is not at all the kind of thing i know them best for, but they nailed it. a fruity wit for a beer drinker, understated, natural and of high quality. very enjoyable as the weather turns here!

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a hazy straw yellow with a firm head of foam, lacing is very good.
Smells of coriander, cloves, and yes, I get a pinch of grapefruit. Pretty earthy overall.
The taste sure is good. Cloves, coriander, grapefruit citrus, and again overall earthy. I say that aboot most of the style that are brewed right.
Fairly light bodied but not close to being watery.
Excellent Wit!
