Look: dark deep brown, with a minimal tan head
Smell: maple syrup, brown sugar, stone fruit, peach, plum, sweet.
Taste: maple syrup, stone fruit sweetness: plum, dark cherry,
Feel: medium full body. I'd prefer if it was full bodied BUT holy cow, 10% and it tastes medium-ish, well done odell
Overall: wow, first I must say that I prefer I thick, fill bodied bourbon barrel, but I must admit that I am very impressed that this beer contains the flavor of a full bodied, high abv beer, but is SO. EASY. TO. DRINK. If someone said this was 6% I could believe them. Not boozy in slightest but retains that depth and complexity. However, for me personally I want my bourbon barrels to feel thick and decadent, though points for the alchemy done here!
