This was good but probably the main thing from O'Dell I really need to try again to form a better opinion. However at least where I work, are you gonna find another grapefruit white specifically? Perhaps not

On tap in Meridian ID.
A: Soft, very light pale straw color with a wispy white head.
S: Subdued Belgian wit beer notes; mildly bready with notes of pale malt, banana, phenolic yeasty fruity character, mild spiciness. Really not much grapefruit to speak of here.
T: Follows the nose to a T; pretty subdued honestly, was hoping for more. Mildly bready with subtle banana, yeasty fruity notes, spice, and Belgian notes. Again, the grapefruit/citrus component is pretty buried.
MF: Light, crisp, clean, mildly spicy and dry.
O: Just not that special overall.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed orange-yellow color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is rather strong of a wheat bready and yeasty smell mixed with citrus aromas. The citrus is a mix of mainly grapefruit and lemon, but contains some orange as well. Along with these aromas comes a little decent showing of coriander and clove as well as a little bit of herb and hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a somewhat wheaty and bready backbone taste that is matched by some grapefruit. The grapefruit is lighter than would have been anticipated from the nose only being subtle upfront. Also upfront are some spice of coriander and clove, which last throughout the taste profile. As the taste advances, it does get a bit stronger with some lemon and yeastiness joining into the taste profile as well. Toward the end, the spice gets slightly stronger, and ends up leaving one with a more lightly grapefruity and somewhat more spiced wit taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is average in thickness and creaminess as well as average in its carbonation. Overall, the feel was good for the mix of grapefruit, wheat, and spice and made for a more easy “summertime” like sipper.
Overall – A rather nice easy drinking brew good for a nice spring/summer day.

12 oz can, dated 9/23/20. Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium fizzy white head that quickly dissipates to a thin dusting that leaves little lacing.
The aroma is musty earthy yeast with some coriander and a little fruit.
The flavor is grainy earthy yeast with some balancing citrus and a little coriander. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a nice wit.

12oz can
date stamped 09/23/20
L: slightly hazed golden body with a hint of pink grapefruit hue; thin white head fizzles away quickly
S: spicy wit yeast, bread, grapefruit & orange citrus, coriander
T: zesty grapefruit & orange, spicy/bready yeast, pale malt, peppery coriander
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, balanced and peppery finish
O: I like the grapefruit addition to the style that traditionally has only orange peel
