Poured from a 12 ounce can into a Shaker pint glass, date on can is "08/09/23".

APPEARANCE: pours a hazy, golden color with one-finger white head that slowly dissipated until a thin, unbroken layer of small bubbles remained, moderate lacing on the glass, medium carbonation.

SMELL: subtle sweet bread and pineapple.

TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet pineapple and bread then a soapy note.

PALATE: medium body and carbonation.

OVERALL: this is an average pale ale, there was a soapy note that I found off-putting, I would not seek this out again as there are better beers in this style to be found.

Best by date on can: 06/28/23

Pours a hazy golden, amber in color with a nice frothy finger thick head on top that fades over time to a thin layer. No particulates. A bit of lacing as you drink. Carbonation looks average, perhaps a bit zesty. On par for the look.

Aroma is predominantly hoppy with a hint of buttery, biscuit malts in the background. Getting notes of melon, pineapple and some spice. Maybe a hint of pine. Aroma is pretty subdued on the pour, but really opens up after a few minutes.

Taste follows the aroma well. Lots of melon and pineapple, a hint of citrus and pine and a slightly toasted breadiness to round it out. Citrus comes through the most after the swallow with lingering lemon and grapefruit rind on the tongue. Decidedly hop forward but nicely balanced.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a little bit of chewiness. Carbonation is zesty, maybe a touch too zesty for me but not overly so. Does make it feel a touch thin/mineral watery. The finish is lovely. Not overly dry, flavorful but doesn't wreck the palate and very drinkable.

I was looking for a lighter version of a hazy IPA and I think this delivered. The flavor is definitely toned down a bit, but it's still fairly complex and it's definitely drinkable. I would categorize this as solid and enjoyable, nothing remarkable though. I'd probably seek this out again if I wanted something in this vein.

12oz can eb date 12/21/22 into a pint glass.
L: Pours hazed bright apricot w a 1/4" pockmarked off-white head, good retention, good fine carbo, slightly thick sticky lacing & banding.
S: Pineapple, citrus, citrus pith, light dankness, a hint of caramel, melon rind.
T: Fuity, tropical citrus, pineapple, citrus zest, fairly full flavored, light melon, gently tart, a suggestion of sweet bread.
F: Lightly juicy and plump med-bodied mouthfeel w a fast, non-drying finish. Good carbo throughout until the end.
O: A very pleasant tasting and easy drinking American Hazy Pale Ale with tropical fruit forward tastes and has a rather big taste & feel. It is very good in its style.

Hazy (naturally) amber color with a soft, thick head. Aroma is... almost non-existent, just a faint hoppiness. The flavor is a bit odd as well, in that the point of hazy [*]PA is a load of hop flavor, but this has almost none, just a dry bitterness, with some sweet malt. It's clean, but it's not what I was expecting. It's not bad, but it doesn't taste at all like a hazy.

Pours a semi opaque and hazy pale yellow with nice retention. Layers of citrus hops on the nose and followed through on the front end of each sip. Crushable and crisp and clean feel. Solid pale ale offering

Notes - enjoyed while on vacation in RMNP

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from a beer store in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had fresh citrus hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

10/30/20...pours hazy gold, very cloudy with a fluff of white foam. Earthy nose, fresh grass. Taste opens slight citrus. Light bitter balances. Smooth mouthfeel. Very nicely balanced and flavorful. Like this a bunch.
