Traditional pilsner base brew but hopped using an experimental noble hop variety ADHA 1940. This hop works well as a sub for usual pilsner hops like Saaz or Tettnang.

Clear light yellow color with a decent and persistent white head with some nice lacing.
The aroma is light fresh bread and crackers.
The taste is also light bread and crackers with a very nice burst of floral hops.
The body is light, well carbonated, crisp and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a very tasty and refreshing brew, should be a great summer cooler but good anytime, goes well with most food, very nice.

Overall a good beer. The mouthfeel was a bit light, which could have been better reinforced by old-world hops. Refreshing with nice mild floral hops that they’re showcasing here, touch of stone fruit from this hop as well. I could see this being a great summer beer given the light body.

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a Shaker pint glass, date on can is "01/21/25.

APPEARANCE: pours a clear light yellow color with one-finger white head that slowly dissipated until a thin unbroken layer of small bubbles remained, heavy lacing on the glass and well carbonated.

SMELL: white crackers and sweet bread, it's somewhat faint on the nose.

TASTE: initially sweet and bready then an unusual flowery hop bite that really lingered, the hop profile is very pronounced for the style.

PALATE: it's medium body and crisp due to higher carbonation.

OVERALL: this is a different take on a German Pilsener but it's good, I would but it again and would recommend to anyone who likes the style.
