Pours clear, gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of slight grain, slight pale malt, slight wheat, and slight yeast. Fits the style of a Dortmunder. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, grain, slight yeast, slight pale malt, and a hint of hops. Overall, great appearance, good feel, and good blend.
