Served in a 16 oz pint glass on tap at the Odell brewery.
House Remodel is a pale golden yellow with very good clarity. It's has thin white head with good retention and great lacing left behind.
Aroma is nice and hoppy with a great fresh citrusy quality to it.
Flavor is equally appealing with a big citrusy hop presence in terms of taste but very little bitterness. This is a truly drinkable extra pale ale.
Mouthfeel is light in body and nicely carbonated on tap.
A little like a lighter version of St. Lupulin, this is a hop head's pale ale.
