Ride On Kölsch from Odell Brewing Company is a taproom exclusive, brewed as part of their pilot series. The beer pours a beautiful, clear gold, and is capped by a nice white head a plenty of lace. Light aromas include pale malt, fruity hops, and slight earthy yeast. On the palate, Ride On features the typical fruitiness of a Kölsch, with hints of straw and yeasty earthiness. Crisp and clean, the beer is medium-light in carbonation and body. Always impressed by what Odell's brews!
