A recent pilot brew; an americanized maibock with an infusion of hops.
Pours a see-through whitish golden yellow with constant bubbles rising to the top and a nice white head. Aroma is sweet with some suggestion of honey, straw and cracker, and some citrus juice and right that could be a touch more aggresive for a beer billed for its hop infusion and the lager yeast needs to be toned down. Flavor contains so mehops with some citrus and its rind and mild bitterness to go along with some sweetness, straw and cracker. Straw shows itself a bit too much for my liking and overall the flavor is lacking. A thinner, creamy active mouthfeel. Overall, an alright beer at best though is pretty drinkable. Not something I will drink again.
