500ml brown glass bottle.
L: Clear, dark gold, no carbonation and a thin, short-lived head. Beautiful glossy colour.
S: Clean, honeyed & citrusy.
T: Pale malt, honeysuckle, a little buttery. Very light bitterness.
F: Medium body, smooth and oily mouthfeel.
O: An easy-drinking, nicely refreshing golden ale. Perfect for summer evenings in a pub garden.

Golden, light and hoppy session bitter, a modest 3.8%, full of flavour yet none overwhelming, fruity, zesty orange most easily tasted. Perfect Pint for the recent summery weather, so long as you keep it in the shade. Long lasting off-white head, more bitter in taste if you drink through the foam. Another one to recommend trying!

Light orange, tending to Mandarin, brilliant. It has a white foam, not exceptional (average creamy) but typical of cask.
At the nose a light citrus scent (orange), tea leaves and some earthy notes (light) in the background, although the effect of citric is quite predominant.
In the mouth there is a malt light and clean, unobtrusive, slightly sweet, with notes of citrus and an pepper in the background that becomes very nice.
The aftertaste follows the same notes too (sweet, citrus and a bit of pepper).
Summer Beer par excellence (you could easily define it a Summer Ale), refreshing, cool and to drink in large quantities. Recommended.
