Body is a thick inky black with no head, despite actively trying to get one. The smell is rich with burnt raisin and rum cake. Flavour is similar with black chocolate, hints of plum and roasted caramel. Some sharpness but no booziness. Mouthfeel is syrupy with low carbonation.

Unfortunately I didn't find this to be a great Imperial Stout. Enjoyable if you like the style but nothing memorable.

Imperial Stout whit a deep black color and a light brown foam compact and decent.
A nose it is an intense explosion of liquorice, bitter root, cherry liqueur, that then gives way to the toffee, to chocolate and carob.
Considering that the 9 degrees of alcohols are not perceived at all, in the mouth it has a distinct toasted, but also chocolate (cocoa beans) and bitter root. The beer is soft and well round in mouth with a finish of almonds, which has well.
At the aftertaste, after a starting perhaps too sweet, follows a feeling of hazelnuts and carob, and a final linked of chocolate.
Definitely a good structured Imperial stout with a good body.
