When life hands you lemons?
This beer is the result of an equipment failure, a drive belt that was only replaced by a 1968 Porsche 911 fan belt, during the brew process. We decided to keep going with what had made it to the fermenter and so this one time beer was created. Honey malt adds color and backbone while Cascade drives the aroma as the main dry hop component.

October 15th, 2015 - Described as a Zeus Wet Hopped IPA (is that write? Did I mess up my notes?) this smooth and velvety looking beer gives itself a nice laurel of foam, even after I take a finger or two of volume. And after a few samples, I can safely say that the aroma is exactly like marmalade on toast, with a dry grain scent and some florally and extremely appetizing. The taste reflects the aroma, bringing the floral notes to merge with the beer and giving the impression of a gin beer. That herbal touch was perfectly executed, and I love every part of it.

Lots of grapefruit with a moderate alcohol hotness.
