Made in collaboration with San Francisco’s own Cellar Maker Brewing, Cellar Monkey is a west coast IPA with a few twists. The addition of passion fruit plays off the acidulated malt and wheat in the grist. Galaxy and Nelson hops provide a mixture of dank resins and unique tropical juiciness that continues to evolve as the beer’s temperature increases. This beer can be crushed and casually enjoyed or can be an adventure in and of itself…if you want to see how far the rabbit hole goes.
