On tap at Monkey Paw. A best bitter with Rye.
A: Copper with an inch of white foam. Lacing is scattered.
S: Malt driven, redolent of bread, caramel, cracker, and biscuit. Rye is faint and earth is evident.
T: Bread and biscuity malt with light rye notes. There's an upper moderate bitterness. The finish displays an increase in rye presence.
M: Lower medium in body with upper medium carbonation.
Overall: A solid rye Bitter.
