A - Golden color with a reddish tinge, very little head, fine bubbles, clear.
S - Lemons, Cherries, Srawberries, Minerals, Pinot Noir grapes, and Barnhouse.
T - Sightly Tart with Cherries, Lemons, Raspberries, Minerals, and Grapefruit.
M - Carbonation is good, slight Tartness, Minerally, and a long finish.
O - Overall this a good Gose and very drinkable at only 3.7% though I would like to have more cherry in the taste. It is remeniscent of a light Rose wine. Served in a Chimay chalice. Would have again if available.
