A-Deep, dark brown with the expected thick and creamy head that was light tan in color and left decent lace.

S-Light roasted malt aroma and not much else going on. No depth at all and very simple.

T-Good roasted malt and toasted biscuit flavour with a light touch of coffee thrown in at the end. A nice drying finish accents the roastiness quite well.

M-Medium bodied, super creamy and very smooth, Without question the best attribute about this brew. Good lingering roasted malt and coffee bitterness.

D-Good stuff, nothing that is going to move mountains but in the end it is an honest, simple, yet creamy and enjoyable American style stout.

This beer pours very dark with a mocha colored head. The head is very creamy. The aroma is of coffee and some chocolate notes. The flavor follows the nose. There is some roasted malt, coffee, & chocolate. The carbonation is a little to light for me. I think a little bit more carbonation would help this beers body a lot. All and all it's a good beer and I would recommend it.

Color is a solid black with slivers of dark ruby highlights. Small but foamy creamed head thats light brownish creamy colored, leaves no lace though, what a shame. Smell is coffeeish and lightly earthy like wet soil, dark mustyness with darl roasted malts lingering and a note of chocolate malt. Gets a dark cherry note upon bigger wiffs way in the back. Taste is light and subtle with dark roasted malts, earthy with coffee, nuts, and chocolate notes changing the tune as it goes. Has a very nice woodsy like drying in the finish, a bit burnt-like. Its a bit empty at the start then layers begin to mingle. Feel is a lighter body style smooth and barely creamy, could be heavier, good drinkable light stout. And they say it's heavy? Not so much IMO. Not bad though.
