just got a growler of this.poured copper with a small of white head. aroma, malty caramel, wit a touch of honey. flavor dry hops with a little toasty, some malts and just a hint of the honey and caramel as it leaves the tongue. nice and smooth mouth feel leaving the mouth dry and for me looking for water. but a good beer will enjoy drinking this growler

This beer pours a light brownish/red with a small white head. There is some mild hop aroma. Nice floral smell. The flavor is malty with a good amount on hop bitterness to it. Great balance on this one. There is a nice hop finish. The mouthfeel is good. The carbonation is medium/moderate. Medium body. This is a very drinkable beer. Definately my favorite one from Jasper Ridge Brewery.

color is a glowing deep amber with a thin ivory head with very finely stitched lacing in small patches. Smell is dried hop and earthy, estery and fresh. Taste is more of the same with soild dried hop sense thats bittering and dry to a slight piney, earthy sense thats pretty darn nice. There's a spot in the middle thats a bit empty, otherwise its pretty solid with a nice balance of drid hops and malts. Good medium body with a good finish of bittering dryness that tingles on the rough of the mouth as it lingers. Good offering.
