Had this on 2012-11-14 in Danville, KY at the brewery.
A - Somewhat hazy orange-yellow with a 1.5-finger white head and good lacing.
S - Yeasty, rising bread, overly-ripe apricot.
T - Peculiar sour/old grain mildly roasted malt, some lemon/orange citrus with decent bitterness in the aftertaste. Dries nicely.
M - LIght-medium body and medium carbonation. Pleasant feel.
O - Not a big fan. Certainly more interesting than an adjunct lager but the sour/old grain flavor needs to go away.
Notes: The brewery itself is cool with a little bar area, some tables and home brewing supplies. The folks were very friendly. I'd go back and try their other brews. This Paladin Pilsner was listed as a "new" brew.
