Pours opaque, dark brown in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is dark chocolate, plum, rye bread and brown sugar. Heavy bodied, sweet with a roasty backbone. Super interesting version of a quad. A unique and special beer...one that I would drink all day. This is a beer worth seeking out.
