On draft at the Anchorage location. Teku glass. Dark black body, one finger mocha head, good retention. Smell is rich milk chocolate, cocoa, light marshmallowy oak, touches of whiskey heat, a bit of chocolate fudge as well. It smells decadent and definitely starts out like a liquid dessert. The cocoa is a little more chalky and Swiss Miss-like on the palate towards the backend, but this is otherwise a nice big barrel-aged imperial stout with a lot of chocolate and just the right amount of whiskey to back it up. Good execution, well done sirs.
