From the brewer: This balanced American style pale ale has a huge fruity aroma, clean malt body, with a fruity, floral, herbal finish from the Eukanot hops. Pilsner malt with Eukanot Cryo, Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy hops.
Hazy gold color. Moderate head which leaves some streaks of lace.
Mostly weedy aroma (Galaxy hops?).
Not as sweet as the brewer suggests. In fact the hop is harshly bitter, biting and lasting. Good body and carbonation to this brew. The finish is like a hop pellet giving a very long lip-smacking bitter aftertaste.
