look: 3.5 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.75
On draft at the Anchorage location. Golden yellow body. Nice tropical fruit and caramel sweetness, light grapefruit, a bit of resin and floral. On the sweeter side perhaps from the hops itself. Medium lighter in body, good carbonation. Mild resin bitterness on the backend. I did prefer the Solstice IPA to this one, however, I think the mosaic on its own here is missing something.
