In Belgium many breweries make sessionable "Table Beer" with low alcohol and low bitterness to be enjoyed as an every day beer. Hospitality and sharing long meals with family while drinking a table beer is Belgian custom. The Baby Dahl was brewed with Alaskan raw wheat from VanderWeele Farms, which allowed our Belgian yeast strain to showcase its' ability to produce fruity esters during fermentation; which smell and taste like bananas.
