Poured on tap at the brewery into shaker pint glass.
A: After settling, pours black with a 1 inch creamy tan head with excellent retention.
S: Chocolate malt, creamy milk, and roasted malts.
T: Dry dark chocolate, cream, roasted malt…classic dry Irish stout.
M: Light body. Creamy feel with dry dark sweetness.
D: Nice example of style. Nitro adds a nice depth.

This one has a nice dark malt up front with a hint of smoke and char followed by a light bitterness. Very nice smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a nice bitterness in the aftertaste. This is really nice for a 4% stout.
