Handpicked Alaskan spruce tips set our Blonde Eagle Ale apart from the flock like the rare blonde bald eagle stands out among the rest. With notes of sweet wildflower honey and subtle hints of citrus and red berries, Blonde Eagle Ale is smooth, approachable, and insanely crushable.

16oz draft
Pours a finger of white head into a pint glass. Retention is good. Lacing is solid. Body is golden, crystal clear, with a modest nucleation. Looks nice.
Nose is light malt, some honey, not really getting any spruce character. Aroma is too faint, smells ok though.
Flavor is quite nice, hits with a very sprucy flavor, reminiscent of berries. Clean otherwise.
Carbonation is medium. Body is relatively light. Bitterness is pretty modest. Well-attenuated but not dry. Overall a solid mouthfeel
Drinkability is great.
Overall very light in pretty much every aspect, but the spruce gives this just enough to be enjoyable.

On tap at the very Alaskan brewery. Great second beer with drinkability and some interesting flavor from the spruce (?).

Look: Clear yellow with a low white head that has good retention.
Smell: Malty and grainy with light honey.
Taste: A mild bitterness upfront is balanced by sweet and smooth honey.
Feel: High in the mouth with medium carbonation.
Overall: Good blonde. Much more flavorful than most. I would definitely recommend this beer.
